ETCH is the Epistemic Topology Compute Hypergraph that takes the opposite path. It is a five-layer graph-native cognitive engine that processes knowledge as it actually exists: structured, typed, and interconnected. Not tokens in a sequence, but nodes in a hypergraph with relationships that carry meaning. Every reasoning step preserves a formal uncertainty tuple belief, disbelief, uncertainty, base rate as a mathematical invariant.
